Duty not to Misrepresent
Before you buy, make changes to or reinstate this consumer insurance contract we will ask you questions. Your answers will be used to decide if we can insure you and on what terms. You have a duty to us under the Insurance Contracts
Act to take reasonable care not to make a misrepresentation. To make sure that you meet this duty to us, it is important that you answer all questions truthfully and accurately.
If you give us information that is not true and accurate, we may be able to reduce or refuse to pay a claim or cancel your policy, or both. If your failure is fraudulent, we may be able to refuse to pay a claim and treat the contract as if it never existed.
Follow the online system to finalise policy

We just want to ensure you are aware and understand - if applicable....

For Warranties;

If you take our a warranty you will need to have your vehicle serviced in line with the terms and conditions of the warranty.

The extended warranty has exclusions listed in the terms and conditions document which will be provided to you.

You are able to contribute to the repair cost of the vehicle if the failure is excluded under the warranty terms and conditions

You are able to contribute to the repair cost of the vehicle if the total cost exceeds the claim limit or amount approved.

You do not need to purchase an extended warranty if you choose not to do so.

Note: In some cases based on your car choice the lender may stipulate this differently, on our end, we just want to do our best to ensure you are covered and protected each step of the way.

For comprehensive insurance;

Your duty to us: no misrepresentation

Before you buy, make changes to or reinstate this consumer insurance contract we will ask you questions. Your answers will be used to decide if we can insure you and on what terms.
